design.

forms/letters necessary to file any of the types of Identity Theft
recovery—literally hundreds of forms covering 32 types of
Identity Theft. If and when a form is added/modified and is
immediately data-mapped and incorporated into the identityRESTORE
System’s Forms Database.
Identity Theft occurrences can be multiple and complex when they occur,
our identityRESTORE System
allows full and complete entry of any number of occurrences of each
Identity Theft type. For example, there might be 15 new credit accounts
opened, 5 existing cases of fraudulent charges, a stolen Social
Security card, a stolen Driver’s License, etc.
